I take time to explain the process clearly, answer your questions, and ensure you feel fully informed and in control at all times.

 
 

I practice solution-focused hypnotherapy, a modern, evidence-based approach that combines practical therapeutic techniques with gentle hypnosis. This approach is grounded in neuroscience and focuses on how the brain works, how thoughts influence emotions, and how small, positive changes can lead to lasting improvement in mental and emotional wellbeing.

 
 

Rather than analysing problems in depth or revisiting distressing past experiences, solution-focused hypnotherapy concentrates on where you are now and where you want to be. We begin with an informal chat about what you would like to achieve and what positive changes you are hoping for. There's no pressure to go into detail-our focus is on where you want to be, rather than revisiting the past.



   

I will explain, in an easy and engaging way, how our brains create patterns of stress, anxiety, or unwanted behaviours-and how Solution Focused Hypnotherapy helps you move forward. Most Clients find this part reassuring and empowering.


 

  

Together, we identify small, realistic steps that will help you move closer to your preferred future. This begins the solution-focused process right away. 


Before you leave, we’ll discuss the plan for future sessions and I will provide a relaxation recording for you to use at home. 


 

In each session after the initial consultation, we continue building on your progress in a structured and positive way.

We’ll start by focusing on what’s going well, helping you recognise positive changes and strengths. Then, through gentle, solution-focused questioning, we explore the small steps you can take to keep moving forward.

Each session ends with hypnosis, which reinforces the progress you’re making. This deeply relaxed state allows your subconscious mind to absorb helpful, solution-focused suggestions—supporting change at a deeper level.

Over time, you’ll likely notice a shift in your mindset, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing—leading to lasting, positive change.
